This website and store are operated by Canvas Enchanted Studio (“Canvas Enchanted Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Canvas Enchanted Studio provides this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our website, interacting with our Services, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Replacement Policy.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND ARTWORK REPRESENTATION

Canvas Enchanted Studio produces digital and physical artwork, including limited-edition and made-to-order pieces.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, due to differences in device screens, lighting, printing materials, and production processes, the final printed artwork may vary slightly from what is displayed online. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and edition sizes may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Products purchased through our Services are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale or export without prior written permission.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for products may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, or import charges.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the provided payment method for all purchases.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Canvas Enchanted Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through our Services, including artwork, images, designs, logos, graphics, text, videos, and other materials, is the property of Canvas Enchanted Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Canvas Enchanted Studio.

Purchasing a physical artwork does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights.

SECTION 7 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TOOLS

Our Services may include tools or links provided by third parties.

These services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not responsible for the operation, policies, or content of any third-party services.

SECTION 8 — SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to sell products to you.

However, all purchases made through our store are transactions solely between you and Canvas Enchanted Studio. Shopify is not responsible for any products, transactions, or disputes arising from purchases made through our store.

SECTION 9 — FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, suggestions, feedback, or other materials to us, you grant Canvas Enchanted Studio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such submissions for any lawful purpose.

We are under no obligation to maintain submissions in confidence, provide compensation, or respond to submissions.

SECTION 10 — ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order has been placed.
