Canvas Enchanted Studio — Return & Replacement Policy

Canvas Enchanted Studio produces limited-production, made-to-order artworks. Due to the custom and collector nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase from Canvas Enchanted Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Return & Replacement Policy.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, financial circumstances, or preference changes.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and artwork images carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our artwork.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a verified manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number  
• Clear photos of the packaging and the damaged artwork  
• A short video showing the damage or defect

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.

LIMITED EDITION REPLACEMENT VERIFICATION

Many Canvas Enchanted Studio artworks are produced in limited quantities. In order to preserve the integrity and scarcity of these editions, approved replacement claims may require verification that the damaged canvas has been destroyed before a replacement piece is issued.

Instructions for this process will be provided after the claim has been approved.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are typically sent to production shortly after purchase. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once production has entered production.

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds for completed orders.

If an item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, the resolution will be a replacement of the artwork rather than a refund.

ARTWORK VARIATION DISCLAIMER

Due to differences in screens, lighting, print materials, and production processes, minor variations between digital images shown online and the final printed artwork may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
