PROCESSING TIME

All Canvas Enchanted Studio artworks are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully processed. Production times may vary depending on the artwork, print method, and current order volume.

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.

During product launches, promotions, or high demand periods, production times may be longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once an order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 3–7 business days  
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Canvas Enchanted Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the delivery of the package.

TRACKING

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims for damaged items are handled in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
